Our mandate was to establish a Master Programme and Facility Planning process for this teaching hospital, which is affiliated to the McGill University Health Centre. Major elements of the Plan included the expansion of ambulatory care programs and diagnostic and treatment services including ambulatory surgery, endoscopy, dialysis, radiation therapy, laboratory and pathology, some research and services facilities.
