New partner Peter Clark leads Loreto Bay's sustainability efforts on-site in all areas from operations to design and construction issues. Under his guidance, the Inn at Loreto Bay is working towards Green Globes 21 certification, and 'Founder's Village' is participating in the USGBC's pilot LEED for Neighbourhood Development program (LEED ND).

Julia Bourke is responsible for Loreto Bay Company's "Green Guidelines for Affordable Housing" and "Green Guidelines for Custom Homes."
